Buti Yoga utilizes the  Spiral Structure Technique to sculpt + tone the deep abdominal muscles  that stabilize and strengthen the body. Heated to 85-90 Degrees. Ends with a 15 minute meditation . 75 Minutes

A class intended for you to relax as far as possible into the postures, using as little physical effort as possible. The mind focuses on the breath in order to cultivate mindfulness and release tension from the body. We recommend bringing a yoga block and a blanket to class with you.

This dynamic practice created by Baron Baptiste consists of 53 poses linked together by connective momentum. We will move with intention and power focusing on breath. Room will be heated to 85-90 degrees. The instructor  will teach the JIP sequence as written every class.

All participants Must be at least 16 years of age to participate in any of our heated classes. Children under the age of 18 must have a parent present to sign a waiver before class. Must be at least 12 years of age to participate in all of our other classes and have a parent present during the class.

Rocket Yoga, created by Larry Shultz, is a series of postures based on a modification of the traditional Ashtanga Vinyasa Yoga primary and intermediate series. It is said to be the perfect marriage of tempo and sequence. These advanced routines are appropriate for all levels of students. With plenty of ways to modify the classical poses, the benefits of the poses are transmitted equally to renew vitality and energy. Not heated.
