All Levels Flow

A challenging flowing class with heat  (approximately 90 Degrees) and humidity to boost detoxification. Modifications and intensification's will be given to meet the needs of all students. You will sweat a lot and leave feeling refreshed. 

Back to Basics

A beginners class set to a slower pace in order for new students to learn the fundamentals of a Power Yoga practice. Not heated, basic poses, extra time for savasana.  

Warm Flow

A simple Vinyasa Flow class heated to 80 degrees with added humidity

Advanced Vinyasa

For those who practice regularly and are looking to take it to the next level. This class will build stamina and strength while developing grace and flexibility by introducing more challenging asanas, especially inversions. Not heated.

Power Flow

Power Hour is an amplified version of our All Levels class, with challenging sequences and an invitation to explore more advanced poses. Be ready to sweat. Heated to approximately 90 Degrees


This calorie-scorching workout fuses power yoga with cardio-intensive  tribal dance + body sculpting primal movement. Buti Yoga utilizes the  Spiral Structure Technique to sculpt + tone the deep abdominal muscles  that stabilize and strengthen the body. Not heated.

End your work week with movement, breath, music and FUN. 60 Minute power  flow class. Zero judgement on your choice of hydration! Heated to around 90 degrees. Must be 16 years of age to participate.

** Our Policy **

All participants Must be at least 16 years of age to participate in any of our heated classes. Children under the age of 18 must have a parent present to sign a waiver before class. Must be at least 12 years of age to participate in all of our other classes and have a parent present during the class. 

Rocket Yoga

Rocket Yoga, created by Larry Shultz, is a series of postures based on a modification of the traditional Ashtanga Vinyasa Yoga primary and intermediate series. It is said to be the perfect marriage of tempo and sequence. These advanced routines are appropriate for all levels of students. With plenty of ways to modify the classical poses, the benefits of the poses are transmitted equally to renew vitality and energy. Not heated.
