Buti Yoga utilizes the Spiral Structure Technique to sculpt + tone the deep abdominal muscles that stabilize and strengthen the body. Not heated. All participants Must be at least 16 years of age to participate in any of our heated classes. Children under the age of 18 must have a parent present to sign a waiver before class. Must be at least 12 years of age to participate in all of our other classes and have a parent present during the class. Children under the age of 12 are welcome to attend kids yoga.
