We specialize in Vinyasa style, power yoga. Our yoga is taught in a heated room. Practicing in a hot room allows your body to work more efficiently in order to improve your overall health and reduce stress, both mentally and physically.
Here at Yoga on Main we know how hard it is to find time to exercise when you are a parent. Let us make it a little bit easier for you by providing on-site childcare. Our childcare room is located directly next to the yoga studio. Have peace of mind knowing your kids are well taken care of and close by as you take a little time out of your busy day for yourself. Children must be at least 6 weeks of age.
