We’re so excited to welcome Kids Yoga with Rachel back to Yoga on Main! Starting Saturday, October 18 at 11:00am, Rachel will be leading a monthly kids yoga class designed to introduce little ones to movement, mindfulness, and fun for just $10 per person.
Parents are welcome to stay and observe or drop off their kids after check-in. Either way, your child will enjoy an engaging, safe, and playful environment while exploring yoga through movement, breath, and creativity. Spots are limited.
