Get ready for your week ahead with this moving meditative practice lit by the relaxing glow of candles. We will guide you through several sun salutations and simple sequences then end by spending extra time for more restorative postures. Class is warm ,approximately 80 degrees.
A fun, playful introduction to yoga designed just for little ones! This class combines movement, breathwork, and creativity to help children build strength, balance, and focus while having fun.
Through games, simple poses, and mindfulness activities, kids will learn how to move their bodies in healthy, safe ways, improve coordination and flexibility, practice focus and relaxation, and build confidence in a supportive environment.
This class combines vinyasa yoga and strength training with a big emphasis on slow, controlled, mindful movements. Strengthen and lengthen muscles in a mindful way. Alignment and safe movement with and without hand weights are used in this class. It is recommended to bring 1-5 pound weights with you. Heated to 85-90 degrees
This pilates class combined with high intensity interval training (HIIT) is designed to increase flexibility, strenghthen muscles, improve overall health and create long lean muscle. Expect to see quick,visable results and burn fat all over the body. Class with be heated to 90 degrees.
A powerful fusion of vinyasa yoga and classical Joseph Pilates movements, this class blends mindful movement to strengthen, sculpt, and stretch your entire body. Expect to increase flexibility, build long, lean muscle, and boost overall health while burning fat and detoxifying through heat and movement. Set in a heated studio (85–90° with humidity).
This class combines ballet principles with strength-training exercises, cardio and stretching.
This hour-long workout will consist of a cardiovascular warm up, followed by lower body sculpting exercises at the barre, upper body exercises with props, and Pilates-based exercises to strengthen the core. Yoga postures and ballet stretches are integrated into the cool down to improve flexibility and posture. All exercises are low impact. Heated to 85-90 degrees

We recommend bringing water bottle and a sweat towel with you to class! We carry studio mats, as well as yoga blocks and small hand weights (for yoga sculpt) for yogis to use if they need them.
We recommend wearing comfortable clothing that allows for ease of movement, such as leggings or athletic shorts and a tank top or t-shirt.
All participants Must be at least 16 years of age to participate in any of our heated classes. Children under the age of 18 must have a parent present to sign a waiver before class. Must be at least 12 years of age to participate in all of our other classes and have a parent present during the class.
